Pack mix calculator
Combine products from different sets, see what the whole haul returns, and find the mix that gets the most back for your budget.
Build your mix
Add any products from any sets. Every pack is opened at its set's measured pull rates and every hit is valued at today's card prices.

Your pulls
Every card you pull collects here, tagged with its set.
Packs open in the order of your mix. Value is what you'd net selling each hit (13% fees + $0.30; under $1.50 counts as $0.05). Commons, uncommons and reverse holos aren't counted. Just for fun: each run is random.
Simulating…
Find the best mix for your budget
Tries the most value per dollar, the best odds at a big card, every product bought as many times as fits, everything in one set, and even splits across the best sets. Then it simulates each one and ranks them by your goal.

"Back on average" is the average net sale value of the hits as a share of what you pay. "Break even" means the hits are worth at least what you paid. Each mix was simulated thousands of times with the uncertainty in each pull rate included. Scrydex, Oct 12, 2026.
Does mixing packs change your odds?
Product type changes the price, not the odds
A pack from a booster box, an Elite Trainer Box or a blister has the same pull rates. What changes is what you pay per pack, so the cheapest product per pack wins.
Mixing sets can't raise your average
A mix returns the spend-weighted average of its parts, so it never beats putting everything into the single best product. Splitting only spreads out the results.
Long shots favor swingy sets
When every product loses money on average, a set whose value sits in a few expensive cards can give the best chance of coming out ahead, even though it returns less on average. This shows up at bigger budgets.
Where you buy matters most
Buying at MSRP instead of today's market price can more than double what you get back. Switch the price basis or type in what you actually pay.

Card values are what you'd net selling: TCGplayer market price minus 13% fees and $0.30 a card, with cards under $1.50 counted as bulk. Commons, uncommons, regular rares, reverse holos and promos in ETBs or collection boxes aren't counted, so totals run slightly low. For one set at a time, use the pack simulator.
